Samuel Woolley, Director of Research

Samuel Woolley the Director of Research of the Computational Propaganda Project at the Oxford Internet Institute at the University of Oxford. Sam is also a fellow at Google’s human rights oriented think-tank and incubator Jigsaw and the UW Law School’s Tech Policy Lab. He is a PhD candidate (ABD) in the department of Communication at the University of Washington. His dissertation is on the use of bots surrounding the 2016 US election.
